By accessing or using La Belle Nail Boutique, you agree to these T&C. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to La Belle Nail Boutique and its affiliates.
Eligibility & Registration
By registering or using the Site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old(or have verifiable parental/guardian consent for minors receiving services) and capable of forming a binding contract. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep your account details up-to-date. You consent to receive transactional communications(such as appointment confirmations and reminders) via email or SMS. Carrier rates may apply.

You may use this Site only for lawful purposes related to beauty and nail services, including browsing services, booking appointments, purchasing gift cards, and contacting our team. Appointments, Cancellations & No‑Shows
Appointments may require a card on file or a deposit. Please review the booking page or your confirmation for specific terms. If you need to cancel or reschedule, provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid late‑cancellation or no‑show fees. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rebooking to respect all guests’ time.
Health, Allergies & Safety
Prior to your service, please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, skin or nail conditions, or medical considerations. We may decline or modify a service if it may be unsafe. Patch tests may be recommended for certain products. For everyone’s comfort, children must be supervised at all times and pets are not permitted except service animals as defined by law.
Pricing, Payments & Refunds
Prices and service availability are subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on nail length, design complexity, and add‑ons. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout; taxes and gratuities may apply. Unless otherwise stated, deposits are applied to your service and may be forfeited if you cancel outside the stated window. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 72 hours so we can assess and, where appropriate, provide a reasonable adjustment. Retail products may be eligible for exchange or return if unused and in original packaging within 14 days; gift cards are final sale except where required by law.
Gift Cards, Promotions & Packages
Gift cards are redeemable for services and retail at La Belle Nail Boutique and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated and may be subject to additional terms posted with the promotion.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, photos, logos, designs, and software, is the exclusive property of La Belle Nail Boutique or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
User Content
